Travel informationBy Car:
- Follow all signs for Liverpool city centre and as you approach the centre follow signs for the Birkenhead Tunnel.
- At the roundabout in front of the tunnel take the exit after the tunnel entry (do not enter tunnel) and immediately turn left again underneath the flyover - signposted for Dale street.
- Move into the right-hand side lane and this leads you onto Hatton Garden. We are halfway up on the left-hand side.

On your booking, please state your estimated time of arrival. A photo ID driving license or a passport will be required at check-in, for identification. A security bond may be required.

Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 21:00.
Saturday: 10:00 to 19:00.
Sunday/Public Holidays: 11:00 to 17:00.
Arrangements can be made for arrivals outside these hours.
Groups Policy:
Reservations of 5 or more rooms by one client on one day, on any number of reservations will be considered a group booking.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy
